Tonight, I went shopping after work and bought a pile of daily necessities and food home, including a abalone sauce. So, I made a fresh stew of mushrooms and tofu in abalone sauce.

Step 1 . Cut the tofu evenly into slices, first split it from the middle of a piece of tofu, and then cut each piece into 4 slices. Then heat the pot and put a small amount of oil into the pot. Put the tofu in gently and fry it over medium heat until golden.

Step 2 . Then gently change the side, and fry it into golden yellow, sprinkle proper amount of salt on the bean curd surface.

Step 5 . Stir-fry the mushrooms until fragrant, and then pour the marinated meat slices into the mushrooms and fry them together.

Step 6 . When the meat slices are almost cooked, pour a spoonful of abalone juice into them and stir them.

Step 7 . Then put the fried mushroom meat into the fried tofu, cover it and cook for two minutes. If you have a small casserole, you can put two kinds of casseroles together and cook them for a few minutes.

Step 8 . Open the lid, sprinkle the scallions, and turn the shovel gently to serve the pot.
